How It Works
- Create Shipment — Enter shipment details, select products, assign a carrier and destination.
- Plan the Loading — Use the visual trailer canvas to place cargo, check LDM and share the plan.
- Execute & Track — Carrier receives the booking, driver checks in at the portal, dock status updates live.
- Document & Archive — Loading photos are attached, delivery notes generated, shipment marked complete — everything stored.
Carrier Booking Portal
Let carriers book their own dock slots. Send a secure link — no login needed. Carriers pick a time, enter truck details, and confirm. The appointment appears in your dock calendar automatically.
Mobile Loading Photos
Capture loading evidence from any phone — no app needed. Photos are timestamped, attached to the shipment automatically, and searchable months later when you need them for a claim.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a visual loading plan?
A visual loading plan is a 2D canvas that shows exactly how cargo should be placed in a trailer. In FukuTMS, you can place items manually or use the auto-placement engine, which fills the trailer across both the driver and passenger rail. The plan shows live LDM, weight and volume as you work, and can be shared via a link so the warehouse team, carrier and customer all see the same plan.
How does the carrier booking portal work?
You send the carrier a secure link — no account or login required. They see the available dock slots, pick a time, enter their truck and driver details, and confirm. The booking appears automatically in your dock calendar. No email chains, no phone calls needed.
What does the driver check-in portal do?
When the driver arrives at the warehouse, they open the check-in link on their phone, enter the reg plate, driver name and trailer number, and confirm arrival. The dock status updates instantly in FukuTMS — your dispatcher sees it without a phone call.
How does the photo application work?
Drivers or warehouse staff take loading photos directly from the FukuTMS mobile interface — any phone browser, no app installation. Photos are timestamped and attached to the specific shipment record automatically. They're searchable and available six months later, when you need them for a claim.
Can I integrate FukuTMS with my WMS or other systems?
If you run ForkNAV OÜ as your WMS, the integration is live — FukuTMS connects directly to your stock, order and lot data. We're also building a partnership with Planlogi OÜ. For other systems, FukuTMS has a REST API for custom integrations, and supports Excel import for bulk data upload.
Is FukuTMS suitable for a small team?
Yes — it's built specifically for smaller operations. Teams of 2 to 20 people, running 5 to 150 trucks per week.
How quickly can we get started?
Most operations are up and running within a few days. There's no lengthy implementation project.
